Four FCA US Models Win IHS Automotive Loyalty Awards
Chrysler and Jeep brand started the year off right, as the two combined for four IHS Automotive Loyalty Awards. The awards recognize brands whose models experience superior owner-loyalty, which is determined when a customer returns to the same make or mode for consecutive new-vehicle purchases.
”We are pleased to recognize FCA not only on loyalty for continued high levels of retention across several key makes within the Chrysler and Jeep brands, but also on achieving the highest level of conquest for the Jeep brand across the segments in which they compete. This is a great accomplishment in 2015,” said Steve Had, vice president, sales and marketing solutions at IHS Automotive.
Jeep brand took home three wins, in the individual vehicle categories, helping it earn the overall Highest Conquest Percentage Award. Grand Cherokee won in the Mid-size SUV category for the seventh time, and Wrangler won in the Compact SUV category of the third year in a row. Renegade, its first year of eligibility earned the top spot in the Compact CUV category. Chrysler Town & Country added to its own record of consecutive wins, earning the title in the Mid-size Van category for the 15th year in a row!
